Keeping reservation details (like opting out of insurance) if the original pick up location was changed last minute due to U-Haul not being turned in from previous user. Reassigned location added the insurance without my knowledge.

better training on application. My experience was horrible. I spent in excess of 1 hour trying to get the truck. Finally had to get corporate assistance to handle rental. Received truck and left only having to return because the truck had been locked downand the agent never unlocked the combination so I could gain access to rear of truck. I ended us having to pay 2 individual workers for and hour plus having these delays plus $1.19 for eack mile. The truck drove like S__t, the transmission sounded as if it were going to drop. Horrible experience don't think I'll rent again.
Limuary JStop trying to charge an arm and a leg for using a truck for 24hrs. The truck used for 84 miles, took 3 trips back and forth from my old house to my new house basically was used a total of 10 hours and I got charged damn near $300. Ridiculous! I'll be going with someone else from now on.

Mary GVivian is absolutely an ANGEL! I mistakenly filled out the wrong return time & she handled everything gracefully with no extra charge. Very grateful for her understanding & kind heart! Will rent a truck from her again & recommend her location to all. She also has a very cute shop.
