The woman who was on the phone when we called the night before to drop off the vehicle was rude. She could not understand the fact that they had the mileage wrong. The woman at the drop off facilitywas very sympathetic when she learned what it happened. Especially when she learned that I damaged my car just because I had to make a second trip to return the truck. In the future, I will use another company who can fill out the paperwork correctly, the first time

Janusz KWas charged for 2 gallons of gas. I left the location at "9/16ths" or just over half a tank. Returned it at just over half a tank (I have a picture). Whoever checked it in said I returned it with only "1/2". Not very cool, would not use this location again.
