Initially I was turned away from the U-Haul drop off location closest to my location (8525 Oso Blanca Rd) as they “don’t accept one -way rental trucks”-even though EVERY TRUCK in front of me had out of state license plates!!! So they diverted me to the Farm Rd office which I had purposely NOT chosen due to the inconvenience of its location!!! U-Haul took my $2000 to rent the truck, but then chose to inconvenience me at drop off???? Next time I will do after hours drop off and leave the key in a box for my sanity and convenience! RIDICULOUS!!!!
