How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe owner went above and beyond to make my experience smooth. He took and made MULTIPLE calls outside of his set work hours to make sure we got what we needed in a timely matter . He helped me troubleshoot payment issues and did things at my convenience when he could’ve done them to benefit himself. He was very clear about the contract and the purchase I was making. He went in depth to explain the details to me. He set my reservation up in a way to be very cost effective to me and not line his own pockets like other businesses. He made pick up of the vehicle a breeze. I sadly rented through him during a large move across the state therefore I probably won’t make reservations with him again anytime soon. If you’re looking for guidance or undecided on which location to rent from I promise this is your guy! He’s in it to help others, not for any gain or cause mass confusion like other places. Go the extra minute or mile and support him!

Stephen JBad experience we had the gas at 3/4 actually have a picture of it … the next day got billed and additional 32 dollars for gas because he said the tank needed to be full ! Do not go to this u haul !
Ron LSafety check the vehicle put washer fluid in. Sent me off to Colorado with a right rear tire completely worn on inside steel cords sticking out, never would of made it would have blown could of been bad, I noticed it and had to pull off in Ohio and wait for someone to come and replace it, inconvenient and could have been serious ly injured or killed if tire blew out
