Well my experience was not good I was told to bring it back at 4:00 o'clock and I did the lady was now in she had a sign on the door be back at 2 was there at 3:30 waited she did come back so I talked to.

The location itself wasn’t the problem. The address on the map took me in the wrong direction and cost me a half hour. Then the app and the crazy verification system, and the long uploading of pictures cost me another hour. It cost me time on both ends. It was awful. Hate the app. Hate the verification system. I have been using U-Haul for 50 years. Worst experience yet.
