I ordered an appliance dolly. Only when I arrived that I was told one was not available. That was of importance to me. I planned every step of this move. A very heavy appliance had to be placed on a hand truck that had no securing straps. This was very difficult and dangerous as there were many steps. If you do not have one, do not say it is available online. And please reimburse for the appliance dolly.
JAMIE WIt was a good experience all the way around. I didn't use but half of the millage I paid for. He said you guy's will refund the difference
GEORGE GU-Haul came and got the truck I reserved! No notice! Just came and took it. We had to use a smaller truck. Took us three trips! U-Haul used to be a dependable loyal business; many years ago! Not t now! The business owner was so mad he threw the keys at the U-Haul ppl! No way to run a good business at all! U-Haul isn’t at all the company it used to be! I missed a day of work because we ran so far behind! I’ll never use U-Haul again I can assure you of that !!!!
