Location was closed when I arrived. I did not receive confirmation of the rental return until 11 days after I returned the truck.

The instructions were not clear for drop off, the location was closed. Where do I park a 20ft truck? and the app wasn’t working, we call U-Haul and women was quite helpful it was simple, but getting to simple wasn’t simple.
CHRISTOPHER Ethe location gave me trouble about getting the keys, the proprietor was not there and I had to call him, the truck was not prepped and come to find out had a bad leak in the roof, I lost product
