I had to give an average for the location as I didnt interact with anyone. I simply dropped the truck off and used the drop box. It is very conveniently located to me, and I will use them again
STEVEN FThere were unexpected charges to park my car there during my rental. And when refilling the rental van there, the attendant asked how much gas I wanted to purchase. I said $5. This covered the amount I used. The attendant asked if it was enough. I waited a moment to observe whether or not this brought the gas gauge up to where it needed to be. Once I saw that it had reached the desired level, I told the attendant that it was enough. Then, after I said that it was enough, and without my authorization, the attendant dispensed another $5 of gas. Not a huge deal, but calls into question the ethics and practices of this location. My pickup experience was great, but my drop off experience has me debating whether I would ever rent from them again.
Meaghan FAt check in, there was a discrepancy on the amount of gas in the truck, the staff told us to note at check in on the app. Which i did. But the return receipt still required the higher amount of gas in the truck. I should be due a credit of $40 as I see it.
Kenneth PDespite having reserved a 9' van 5 days ahead, they did not have that vehicle on site and were not able to get me one. I had to settle for a 10' truck which was a) unneccesarily large, b) more difficult to drive (I had to go into go into NYC) and c) costs me way more than the van for tolls and d) had a terrible gas mileage of <8mls/gallon. To add insult to injury, they charged me an extra $100 because I returned the car allegedly a few minutes after my 24hr rental period. I also had paid for 150 miles and only had driven 120, but that did not play any role. Not great value for money!
