I ordered furniture pads and there were none in the van. When I went to a U-Haul location to try to collect furniture pads near where I was picking up furniture, the U-Haul employee told me that he had already logged out of the system and couldn’t help me. The store closed at 5:00 pm and I was there at 4:55 pm. That was immensely frustrating and terrible customer service.
