Return location is a barbershop and U-Haul representative was not present during open business hours but one of the barbers was very helpful. My attempt to return the truck via the app did not process correctly/completely and I dropped keys in the after hours lock box. When the U-Haul representative 18 hrs later, following morning, my return was properly closed. The truck was fine, my move was fine, just returning the truck a little less than one day early was not the best experience but alls well that begins well.
