A large dried spill inside the trailer, i needed to clean before placing my items in the trailer. The guy checking me out was very helpful. My brothers had rented trailers also, but at the 38th street location, they forgot to rent moving pads, I rented two bags of them and explained to the clerk that one bag would be returned in Texarkana and my brother would return the other bag in Cookeville TN, he stated "that will be fine, as long as they ALL get turned in" , turns out that wasn't true, when I turned in my half I was charged for the ones my brother turns in.
