The gentleman who works there has always been so kind and thoughtful and goes the extra mile to help! There is a small U-Haul business where I live, but my experience was unacceptable. I will always drive 20 miles out of my way to go to Cody Mart! This guy needs to be recognized for outstanding service.

Quoted rate versus what I ended up being charged. The quote was for 3 days at $196 plus the insurance I added. With tax I was told the cost would be around $262. At time of pick up it's $253 plus the insurance for a total cost of $328. I don't like that.

Jillian WI really have no recommendations for improvement. The representative, Mike, was extremely professional. He was friendly and had my pickup hooked up to the trailer very quickly. Checkout was also very efficient. I will definitely use this location again.
