Location was good People were great Very great experience
Jody MWe were promised $29.99 but then we were charged $39.99 and then charged more per mile than they claimed. Even after a reservation for the biggest truck which we also didn't get making us take 2 trips..one more than intended. I'd like a refund honestly.
MICHAEL SUnderstandably, renting a vehicle in a rural area means limited options for rental locations. The LeRoy location had freindly people. The truck had one serious concern...too much play in the steering. I was constantly having to compensate for the play in the steering as the vehicle either drifted left or right, especially on the highway. For this reason, I did not feel safe driving this truck. I've rented multiple vehicles over the years. This one occassion was not a pleasant experinece. Everything else was pretty much as expected. Thank you,
