I had rented blankets. I folded the blankets and stacked them neatly but was told I also need to repackage them 6 to a bag. I rented 48 bags but they only had 42. There was no offer to adjust the charge. The money isn’t significant but in my business we would never charge someone for more if we couldn’t supply the requested amount.

This location would not except the trailer I rented and was in contract to return it too. I had to find another location in another city and bring it there.
David MMake sure the U-Haul system is working. When I went to use my credit card to pay for the rental, the U-Haul system was down. It caused a half hour delay at least which was stressful as I was in a time frame for getting help to load the truck and I spent time on the phone with my VISA company to find out it wasn’t a problem with my VISA. The people at Petro Canada spent a lot of time with U-Haul to then determine that your system was down. I had to pay Petro Canada in the end. This wasn’t the first time I tried to arrange for a rental from a different location and could not because U-Haul’s system was down.
COLLEEN AStaff was difficult to understand and pricing was very expensive (I know it's universal pricing at all locations but thought I would add that in)
CHRISTOPHER VCommunication was difficult due to the fact of broken English! Truck was & should’ve been taken off road due to serious front suspension issues! Very disappointing that this vehicle was being used on the road as MTO would remove said vehicle!!!
