Communication was difficult due to the fact of broken English! Truck was & should’ve been taken off road due to serious front suspension issues! Very disappointing that this vehicle was being used on the road as MTO would remove said vehicle!!!

CATHERINE CVery well ran, change my rental date when I required and also changed location for pick up of van when one became available at last minute at same location as vehicle hauller.
CHRIS ESee that the equipment is lubricated. The ratchets were really rusty so they were hard to use. I cut my hand trying to tighten the tire down on the trailer.
