SHANNON RI called 2 days in a row with no answer from this location showed up that Sunday to drop off trailer went inside establishment stood on the lobby for 30 min with no one in sight and to call your 800 customer service number to be able to return trailer via a link that was sent it me this location very port in customer service not sure how they rent your nails when there is no one to answer phones or inside the establishment
