Everything went quickly and smoothly at pickup.
ELIZABETH BLit “open” sign in window during business hours but locked door. I was banging on door and windows for 10 or 15 minutes before somebody finally came out. On rental day, truck wasn’t ready and took 30 minutes to get it processed. On return day, it appeared that I woke up the staff member running this location who then seemed annoyed that I was there and this was at noon ! Very disorganized and poor customer service skills. I won’t rent from this location again.
