I was unhappy about this site due to the fact that he didn’t check in the truck on the day we returned it ,causing us frustration the following day.

Nothing needs improved everything was perfect easy to get set up and easy to drop off
Anthony LThe system was apparently not working nationwide. I was unable to make my reservation on line. I called to confirm they had the truck size I wanted, when I arrived. I was told that I could not rent the truck size promised to me because now the system told them there was another reservation. I had no choice but to rent the larger more expensive truck. I was only given enough miles to drive directly to the drop off, not enough miles to drive to the location I had to pickup the item, then to my home then to the drop off point.
