Only reason I did not rate the location as Excellent was the location did not have the 7 Flat plug in I needed to connect trailer. I had to go to a NAPA location to purchase one.

Rebecca OThis was not my chosen pick up location. Was notified no vehicles at preferred pick-up location. As I drove by the preferred location, I counted four (4) 10' trucks, but had to go out of my way to Pearl Paint! I was not informed that I was renting the truck for 2 days! I needed the truck to move several boxes 110 miles, 2 hours travel time. To further exacerbate the situation, I was charged $30.00 for insurance. Hence, be aware!!!
