The worst experience I've ever had with uhaul who is usually very good but my truck confirmation from 15 ft then went to 20 per usual request then somehow I lost that reservation even after confirming it less than 24 hrs ago and then uhaul tells me they only have a 26 ft truck take it or leave it? Wow really and then to boot the truck was a disaster with abs issues and the suspension was just awful. I mean it really was a terrible experience a move for me. I will have to think twice of using uhaul again for such a move. I hope so eone would reach out to me so I could explain what happened leading up to my rental.

Veronica BPlease improve on flatbed car hauler maintenance. We had a tire blow out on the freeway. The 26 foot truck was good except for the fact taht my reservation said i would get a diesel truck and i was given a gas trucj that got poor milage and poor power for a truck that size
