I ordered a furniture dolly and a hand dolly. When I arrived they did not have either available. they only had appliance dollys. They gave me the appliance dolly but I had to pay full price for it ( vs hand dolly). thank goodness I had my own hand dolly that I purchased or there is no way I could have packed up in time. The truck had a serious safety issue, The engine shut off three times , and the dash went blank while driving at full speed. It happened twice on the bay bridge in Maryland ( where there was no place to pull over). I was able to restart the truck with the turn of the key while it was coasting with the engine off. It seemed like the key was not seating well within the ignition ( felt loose but I am not sure this was the issue). I told the service person when I dropped off the vehicle but I wanted it documented in writing as these needs to be followed up on by Uhaul.
