All in all had great experience with U-Haul rental. I now live in remote small town area and U-Haul system made it super convenient & easy to rent your 24 foot truck for 5 days. Your system worked smoothly, very truthful & upfront on all aspects in my rental. I used U-Haul rental location at Conner Electric in Lewes DE and you agent there was wonderful to work with. He explained everything thing completely answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns completely. 1 issue I had is all rental trucks were in the back of location down a hill in small tight area and told me when I returned my 24 ft truck I did not have to back in the truck in tight area down a hill. He told me that I could pull their truck straight into the tight parking area . Much to my surprised when I came to return the large truck your dealer had spot reserved …. with a sign on sawhorse across my parking spot with my name “Michelson” for my truck to park in! Your agent was absolutely the greatest ever! I thank U-Haul & your wonderful Agent for being there for me and being so easy to work with! God Bless you all! A very happy & Satisfied Customer.
