Self service outside was excellent, wanted to avoid smell of the vape store. App was a little glitchy to upload pictures but eventually worked. Great and efficient experience overall, would definitely rent again from here!

HARRY HThe equipment at 108K miles was in good shape for the age and miles. The equipment does however need attention. The shifter handle has broken parts internally causing much looseness and indecisiveness when choosing a gear to drive. The steering wheel is not straight when driving causing me to look at the front tires. The tires show evidence of wear caused by toe-in concerns. The cooling system tank has evidence of cooling system corrosion.
