Please make sure to include the dolly if it's requested and paid for. I strained myself moving appliances because I did not have it.
HUNTER Wwe just did the drop off, and left our contract in the lock box, so we did not see personnel, this was on Saturday and they are closed. the grounds was very safe and clean, was an easy drop off, highly recommend..
JEFFREY CThe guy that helped me here knew how to hook up trailer to truck but did not fully understand how the safety chains that secure your vehicle to the trailer worked or how they were supposed to secure vehicle to trailr. As a result, the rear end of my towed vehicle actually moved about 4" on the trailer while bouncing through the extremely rough interstates in Tennessee and Kentucky! Also, it took him almost a half hour to locate the "x's" used to mark existing damage on the vehicle in his desk saying they never use them.
