This was the worse experience we've ever had . I reserved a 15ft truck and it somehow got changed to a 10ft which was way too small and required multiple trips. The lady at pick up could not speak good English and told us she could not help with getting the correct truck. I have confirmation email for a 15ft truck. Don't know how ot got changed. Drop off art the dam storage was great with no problems. The the movers we hired through uhaul were horrible and left the furniture in the new home as if it exploded. I have never seen anything like it. And he was constantly asking for more money for more help . Never again!
