They upgraded up to a 26 ft because they didn’t have the size we reserved. Cost more money in gas and so stressful driving that huge of a truck and it wasn’t even half full

I submitted to do a mobile pickup and the keys after paying and reviewing all my information was not in its designated location. I had to wait over an hour to get the keys to get the Uhaul.

MINDY BThe overall experience was good . I did not receive the equipment I had asked for. I reserved a 20 ft truck and could only get a 10ft. I was given an extra day in exchange but only 80 miles. I was moving 58 miles away and it required 2 extra trips putting me 300 miles over and costing me $300 more than expected. Your representative was aware but made no effort to correct what I see as price gouging as you as a company hold the monopoly in this area for moving equipment. This has happened to me twice before with your company and is very disappointing.
