I appreciated Brenda contacting me as I was having difficulty with the app and outside of hours pickup. The truck was good except the windshield wipers need replaced and the inside of the windshield was very dirty so I had to clean it. Overall a good experience.

After going 30 miles from home to get the only trailer in the area and having it hooked up to the truck, we found out half the lights didn’t work. It was down the entire right side. The trailer should not have even been an option for pickup.

JOHN KWhen picking up the U-Haul the app was giving me trouble, freezing and not loading. It was also difficult to navigate. The woman running the location was rude at first but then ended up helping to walk me through the process. Overall it was pretty stressful considering all the other factors that make a move stressful. I also think it was bogus that because of app issues I couldn’t pickup my U-Haul until 45 min after pick up time but the clock still started at the scheduled time.
