ROGER BSelf check-out is time consuming. It took us 1:15 minutes. Commuocation with u-hau operator, than the lock box not working properly. Additioanally, I had spoke to the owner Bernice and her husband a week before. She assured me, if there was a problem to call. That morning I called her personal phone number three times, as well, as the location number several times to this date I have never hear neither voice. No, not this location.
