Michael MStraps on front tires of car which was being towed on trailer completely came loosen. I had to completely redo what the u haul person did because they just Jerry rigged it and didn't do it correctly but of course charged me 20 dollars extra. Could have been a huge problem on the highway. Perhaps some training would be appropriate.

David DMy greatest concern with the U-Haul rental was that I rented the same size trailer one week before in Jackson, TN for about $365 and took it to Colorado. Things changed and I needed to bring my stuff back to Tennessee, so I rented the same size trailer to bring my stuff back one week later. The cost was over $700 and if I had rented in in Denver, which was actually closer to where I was picking up my stuff, it would have been $1000. The cost difference for the same equipment looks like price gouging to me.
