This place either takes to long to check in returned vehicles or there is a disconnect between them and U-Haul. I was called twice by U-Haul to see if I had returned the truck and trailer to which I had returned the day prior. I am unsure where the breakdown in communication was between the vendor and U-Haul but the customer should not be able to see the effects of there clearly being a lack of communication between parties. The system overall should run smoother.
