Drop off in motel parking lot. So so communication from the person manning the desk, but all went well and was quick.

Uhaul changed my drop off location from McCormick,sc to Lincolnton,ga. Went to the address haul told me to take it t and that location did not accept drop offs and sent me to another location where there was no one to assist. The is so different from my past experiences with uhaul. You should not have to have a phone with an app to deal with a company because they do not have a attendent to assist.
CHARLES BI haven't received my deposit back yet... naturally, anyone would be displeased.

MICHAEL DConvenient location in Lincolnton GA to pick up and drop off. I chose to do round trip and pay the extra mileage because the pick up locations for the truck I needed was south of Atlanta and I needed to move from North Atlanta to Lincolnton. It saved me arranging for the return of the extra car I would have to drive to and back from Atlanta and the hour of time to drive to and from south Atlanta to pick up the Truck. The truck was clean and easy to drive. The owner of the UHaul location was very courteous and helpful.
