JOSHUA BThey didn’t have all the equipment I ordered but attempted to give me a hand truck instead of an appliance truck. They attempted to charge me a deposit but I had already reserved with a card. in I drove 17 miles to pick up this truck and equipment since the location I originally reserved from didn’t have it available. Finally I was told that the location where in returned it would compensate me for any changes or inconvenience. Which was totally untrue.
