Did not have my furniture pads and took 30 minutes to get ahold of the guy to get the keys. Uhaul made it seem like it was a seamless mobile app pickup, but it relied on the gas station manager who was at home with kids screaming in the background. Took forever and my order wasn’t correct. I better not have been charged for the furniture pads…
