This comment is for U-Haul in general., The drop off location was 26 miles the opposite direction of my way home., I called and they said there was nothing they could do., That does not make sense to me at all. I almost exceeded my mileage allowance because of it Need to readjust that program. Also, the program for estimating fuel to put back in the tank is sketchy I overfilled because there’s no way to really gauge it so I gave U-Haul probably $20 out of my pocket which is disgraceful., That needs adjustment as well. Drop off location was fantastic as far as service goes.
