I was under the understanding when booking it you got so many miles included with your daily rental not get charged $1.29 for every mile I put on it. That’s the only concern I had otherwise excellent.

The trailer lights didn’t work. We spent over two hours stuck at this location while the owner went to try to find parts to fix the trailer

ZACHARY MHave the availability to check in, in person vs. using the app. The app is semi confusing. It did not want to open and load. After that worked… things were smoother. The staff at this location was extremely helpful. The truck was fantastic, greater gas mileage than I thought I would have gotten. The truck was extremely clean and well maintained. As needed I will recommend this location and U-Haul to others. I
