First they need signage or communication where Smohooka is actually located. I had to walk around to locate the actual place of business. The customer service was not good either. The girl was no help and the Uhaul app was not performing the way it was supposed. She made it very known if i can't do the app part. She will or can not go forward with my reservation as she carried on with her own personal phone conversation. She really didn't need to be there. I could gotten the same results from a kiosk. Now I see why businesses are getting rid of human beings and opting in for AI and technology systems. Using this location again would be out of convenience, the equipment was clean and ran well.
