Workers at Adams service center were extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked if someone could help me and the worker said "I hate Uhaul. You're going to have to figure this out yourself. I don't have time for this shit."

Collier CMilage needs to be adjusted. I was taking the truck to Harbeson, Delaware to unload at my home. Then had to return it 25 miles away from where I live, milage was not taken into consideration for the additional to return it where U-Haul said it had to go. Other than the additional charge the trip was fine.
