Very easy pick up and drop off.
TIMOTHY SLocation did not have a dolly, despite my reservation requesting a dolly. The attendant said that the charge for the dolly would be removed. When I received my receipt, I was charged for a dolly. I mentioned it to the agreement at the drop-off location, but he said just to contact U-Haul.
