This location was very concerning. As my friend and myself (2 women) first got there, men whistled at us and kept harassing us as we were making arrangements at the counter. It even went as far as him touching my friend. The worker did not do anything as he looked fearful of the man. The man stayed there and listened to the time we would be back. We then contacted UHaul asking if we may have a different location drop off due to us being worried for our safety. They said over the phone that there was nothing they can do and we would be charged a $200 fee if we did drop it off at a different location. Once we returned, we were doing last inspections with the worker, and the worker had informed us that the man was there again. I just wish uhaul would’ve handled this situation better and cared more for the safety of their customers.
