My only issue was that I had returned it early on Saturday, asked the staff If I needed to check it out myself and they kindly said they would take care of it. Well, they didn't check it out until Monday so I was hit with an extra day charge when i had turned it in early. Disappointing, however I should have just checked it out myself rather than trusting it in someone's hands, lesson learned.

Positive: they are only ones in Livingston area, so it is good to have them as option. The owners helped to park a more than full lot. They came out to help direct to unhook car dolly. Negative: Hard to find space to park equipment. Check in was done by owner a day and a half later. Dropped on Friday night and email check in for equipment was Sunday late morning, by Uhaul drop location. The door said business hours for Uhaul was 9-3.
