The truck could use an possable allignment

DOUGLAS DThe location provided no rental contract info, but also made it seem like it was an inconvenience to them that we were picking up our rentals.
DAVID RDon't ignore customers when they enter their place of business. Acknowledge that you are aware that you have a new customer and that you will be with them shortly. When you do get around to the customer, make sure you properly get the vehicle and trailer turned in instead of waiting 24 hours before terminating the rental contract. Just because I'm not buying anything from your store doesn't give you a Right to look down your nose at me. I will be talking with the area supervisor promptly.
