To not overcharge customers for rentals.
Joseph UI gave an estimated time of return and they never once said that it would be carved in stone so they charged me for a second day because I was late. They said they had another person renting the truck a half an hour after I was bringing it back. That makes no sense. Then they charged me not only for the second day, but then they charged me for the insurance, the second day which I never approved.
