I think charging an additional $25 to return the vehicle at the counter is ridiculous. If that is standard practice, then you should be paying the customer the $25 for doing all the work. I had to go back to the vehicle 3 times because the website kept asking for more information/pictures. Also, I was having issues with the location finder on the app.

The owner had to hook up the trailer which was improper causing the trailer to fall off on the road having to re hook up the trailer ourselves then we had to put the braking system back down. He was very careless and a unprofessional place to get a trailer. We even questioned him while he was putting the hitch on and he dismissed our concerns. Then going to return the trailer we had our spot taken and had to find a new spot to park but they have nothing marked on where to park im very disappointed. I tried to message the owner and never got a reply then had me charged a extra $16 for cleaning even though nothing was dirty and was dropped off over 2 hours earlier then scheduled
