The van was clean, ready and on time. The person in charge was very attentive.

JEFFERSON RVehicle was parked nose first and thats just not efficient.
Jose PThe truck was terrible. The transmission needs to be fixed or replaced. The brakes need to be worked on as well. The check engine light was on the entire trip. I will probably use U-Haul again but definitely a different location. The staff very nice and professional but the equipment is borderline dangerous.
