I was very disappointed in the cost. I had the vehicle for 1.5 hours and was 80$. Plus gas. Home depot 25$ flat rate no milage. Won't use haul ever again.

The floors were very dirty. I could not do my second load unless I bought floor covers and furniture protection. We decided that was to much to take on so will have to come up with another plan at additional cost to finish our pickup and delivery. There was so much dirt and even a dried fresh tomato on the floor. That said the staff at this location is excellent to deal with. I did not notice the tomato mess as we had tipped the cart over it but did comment on how dirty it was before I left with the van. At that point I has volunteers waiting for me to load and unload so had to depart. Perhaps a quick wash at the head office would help in future. Or provide a safe and secure floor covering if they are returned dirty and have a quick turnround. Enjoy a great day. Cynthia
CYNTHIA BI dropped off a truck at 2190 Dundas Street and the lady over there was very helpful annd overwhelming. Everything was super easy. I do recommend this place.
AJAY BU haul has a great setup, this location is open later than most.
GREGORY HI went to this location after being treated horribly at your clark road London location. A location I will never return to nor will friends and family. The service here was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
