The tires were terrible. No traction on snow. Terrible suspension. Contactless, afterhours pick up was combersome and not easy. Would not recommend.

FRED RI was very disappointed with the note that was put on my account! It said I have an unresolved issue with UHaul and do not rent to me or my relatives or friends? I had returned a vehicle 1/2 hour I rented saying that there was safety issues with it- ex park brake not releasing, The AC did not work, inside was filthy not cleaned the wipers only worked on high position. I don’t know why someone did not reach out to resolve or mention a problem before adding it to my account? Customer service?? I had to phone in to have CS look into and found nothing was owe or warranted to have an E-alert on the account.
DOUGLAS HWe made a change to our drop-off location last minute with the kind help of a customer service representative over the phone. However, when we arrived to the agreed upon location, we were actually told that we were not allowed to park our truck there. We ended up having to drive additional miles down the road and were very late for a dinner reservation due to this inconvenience.
