Tzedal and Tess were friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable in the rental of the moving van. The inside and outside of the van was clean and it was an easy vehicle to operate. The parking area at this location was fairly large and easy to access. The mall that this U-Haul agent had a bakery, a variety store, a place to purchase pizza slices and a gas station was located across the street. A Canadian Tire and a Best Buy are located near this U-Haul, if someone wanted to purchase some items related to moving. Overall, this was a very good U-Haul experience.

Clean the windshield before giving the truck, in and outside
AKIL RMust improve fuel measuring system, because customer use less gas but they have fill more because fuel gauge never goes up.
CHAHAT DStaff was great and helpful. The parking lot is very busy at lunch M-F due to a neighboring business, a minor annoyance.
SCOTT BPlease account for a few miles when you change pick up or drop off location without the customer doing so. I picked the closest location to home.
