The truck I rented was empty. No blankets, no dollies, nothing. The people who run this Uhaul are never there. I rented a truck and a dolly. There was no dolly. And Uhaul charged me twice for the non-existent dolly.
RICHARD CUpgrade the lock box lock mechanism, very clunky and worn out, hard to read and difficult to manipulate the letters to open the lock. I needed my massif glass to read the letters.
Daniel TNothing about this experience was easy. I showed up at the location with no idea how to pick up the vehicle. I called the number and a guy answered the phone of his cell and answered like he was asleep. I scheduled for 9 and didn’t get the truck until 9:30. The vehicle had less than a quarter tank of gas and the bed of the truck was dirty with cigarette butts and trash. When I tried to return the vehicle, it required location service verification but it wouldn’t work. So I just left the keys in the drop off.
