The pickup was complicated because I was unable to log on to the website you sent me. Wouldn't accept my address so I was unable to go any further. When I called the 800 number for assistance I got someone from Arizona who couldn't help with the postal code or online issues I was having. The owner of Duval Marine waz a letter to help when he arrived & said this is always a problem.

Need more trailers in that area. Very limited choices, including in Cornwall which is the nearest town.
