I don't really have any comments for improvement, it is what it is and I would use this location again: however, clerk was busy so I unhitched myself and dropped it there without little to no interaction. Some would consider that a plus if you know how to do it yourself, just hard to rate any better than average. No issues with billing or paperwork.

SCOTT BI did an after-hours drop-off and never heard from the location after I dropped off the trailer so, I assume everything went well. It was an easy and simple drop-off process though.
