Location was closed during business hours, I had to call for assistance to get the truck. Once I received the truck the front right tire was shaking when I used the brakes. Clearly I was unable to return it because the Location was CLOSED! Upon returning the truck I was not given an opportunity to process the check-in because they were CLOSING in 5 minutes. I was told I would receive an email with the final receipt. When I got the final receipt, there was a 16.00 fuel charge. I had fueled up beyond the gas level it went out with, AND I HAD MY RECEIPT. I had to again call for assistance. The ONLY good part was speaking with Jenn from customer service. She was able to verify my receipt and refund the fuel charge. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS, TAKE PICTURES, AND ONLY USE THIS LOCATION IF THEY ARE OPEN!!! Worst U-Haul experience I have ever had!

It was dog hair all in the truck and fleas from the dog. The transmission barely shifted. Upon returning the truck it was poor customer service. They know nothing about U-Haul process and should be educated on U-Haul process. This has been a poor experience. I’ve never had this ever before from renting with U-Haul
Tonya JMy entire uhaul experience was a disaster beginning with the truck rental company locking the keys in the truck, the first movers tearing my new rattan chair to shreds and the second mover not even showing up. What a fiasco!!!
