I have rented this style car hauler many times from many locations. Not blaming this location. But this trailer had a few issues. The brakes did not work at all and after adding brake fluid it did not help and leaked out in one day. Also the ratchets that strap the the car down needed to be replaced on both side. One side was almost not useable. Location was great people. I will be back
