Very easy to pickup and drop off. The only issue at every mobile pickup location is the coded letter u locks they are difficult to align the letters just right and takes a lot of time and holds up checking the truck out completely cuz that's the last step for the key. I think there should be a unlock with a separate key attached for it or better upgraded scrambling locks if that's the case and this is at every location I have ever gotten a truck from in truck share
STEPHANIE LDidn’t have peripherals ready, was told location was 24-7 and had to do things on mobile yet it was closed when I tried to return. Not clear where truck was initially. Mistakes were also made when I was transferred here can couldn’t verify GPS because the old location was still in the system so had to call to have that fixed
